Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stavební rozvoj Bystřice pod Hostýnem v 19. a na počátku 20. století. Přihlíží k dějinnému vývoji celého státu a jeho vlivu na rozvoj podhostýnského regionu. Vychází ze základních architektonických slohů své doby a jejich zastoupení v bystřické architektuře. Zaměřuje se na osoby architektů, které v Bystřici působily. Snahou bylo postihnout stavební činnost malého moravského města v 19. století. Práce mapuje město jako organický celek. Popisuje stavební rozvoj jednotlivých ulic, veřejných staveb a domů. Součástí práce je příloha dobových plánů ve srovnání se současnou podobou bystřické architektury.This thesis is focused on development of architecture in Bystřice pod Hostýnem in the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. History of the Czech country and its influence on the development of the region of Bystřice pod Hostýnem is taken into account. The architectonic styles of that time and their representation in the architecture of Bystřice pod Hostýnem are involved as well. The thesis is concerned with personalities of important architects of that region. The intention of this thesis is to describe the construction activity of a small town in Moravia in the 19th century. It includes topics such as construction development of particular streets, public buildings and family houses. It was intended to chart the town as an organic complex. The important part of this thesis are supplements of the contemporary plans which are compared with the current situation of architecture in Bystřice pod Hostýnem.
