Bakalářská práce popisuje jednu ze somatopedických služeb - hospicovou péči. Hospice poskytují péči terminálně nemocným. Cíl bakalářské práce je zaměřen na zmapování způsobů, jakými jsou v hospici uspokojovány potřeby klientů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje historii, základní myšlenku hospicové a paliativní péče a taky jednotlivé potřeby klientů hospice. K výzkumnému šetření byla zvolena metoda rozhovoru se sociálními pracovníky třech vybraných hospiců. Výsledky výzkumného šetření byly shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce.The bachelor work describes one of the somathopedic services - hospice care. Hospice provide care for terminally ill people. Aim of this study is to focus on identifying ways in which are hospice clients satisfied. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the history and the basic theme of the hospice and paliative care. Next part is concerned to needs of the hospice clients. For the explorative investigation was chosen the structured-interview. Biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs of patients were surveyed during these conversations with social workers. Results of the explorative investigation were summarised in the discussion and the conclusion of the bachelor work.
