Diplomová práce se zabývá vyšetřením fyziologických novorozenců metodou snímání otoakustických emisí. V teoretické části definujeme základní terminologii, seznamujeme se screeningem sluchu v raném věku. Praktická část seznamuje s výsledky zjištěnými při vyšetřeních a porovnává je s výsledky obdobných pracovišť. Vlastní výzkum jsme provedli ve spolupráci s Novorozeneckým oddělením FN Olomouc. Pro potřebu tohoto pracoviště jsme připravili informační leták seznamující rodičky s touto moderní metodou orientační diagnostiky sluchových vad.The thesis focuses on the otoacoustic emissions screening examination of physiological newborn babies. The theoretical part lists the basic terminology and presents the information on the neonatal hearing screening at an early age. The practical part shows the data gained from the examinations and compares it with the data taken from other maternity wards. The research was carried out in cooperation with the Maternity Ward of Olomouc Faculty Hospital. A leaflet summarizing the information on this modern medical method of diagnosing hearing impairments was produced both for mothers-to-be and the Maternity Ward of Olomouc Faculty Hospital.
