Cílem diplomové práce "Mykofloristický výzkum v PP Věřňovice" bylo zjistit, které druhy makromycet se na lokalitě vyskytují. Sběr makromycet prbíhal klasickým terénním průzkumem. Součástí práce je také obecná charakteristika ostravského regionu a zvláště Karvinska, ve kterém se PP Věřňovice nachází. Během vegetační sezóny 2005 bylo na lokalitě nalezeno a určeno 64 druhů makromykcet. Vlastní mykofloristický výzkum byl doplněn výsledky výzkumu paní Ing. H. Deckerové. Vdiskusi byla zhodnocena lokalita PP Věřňovice ve srovnání se sousední lokalitou NPP Hraniční meandry Odry. Součástí této diplomové práce je také návrh možnosti využití mykofloristického výzkumu v pedagogické praxi.The aim of this diploma thesis called ``The mycofloristic research in Věřňovice Conservation Area" was to discover what kinds of macromycet can be found in this area. The collection of macromycet was realized by the standard terrain research. The inseparable part of this diploma thesis is also a general characterization of the Ostrava region and a degree of its mycological exploration. Since the Věřňovice Conservation Area is situated in Karvina district in Ostrava region. During the growing season of 2005 there were 64 kinds of macromycet found and identified in the area. The actual mycofloristic research was supplemented with the results of the Věřkovice Conservation Area research carried out by Ing. H. Decker. In the discussion the Věřňovice Conservation Area was evaluated in comparison to the neighbouring Conservation Area of The Frontier meandres of the river Odra. The part of this diploma thesis is also a suggestion for exploitation alternatives of the mycolfloristic research to be put in the pedagogical practice in the form of a suggestion for an excursion for primary school students.
