Práce je zaměřena na problematiku práv dítěte se specifickým zaměřením na oblast dětské práce. V empirické části jsem se zaměřila na výzkum informovanosti dětí o vlastních právech, o možnostech jejich zaměstnávání a zneužívání dětí na práci v rozvojových zemích.The work deals with the question of the rights of the child with the special focus on the child labour. In the early part I carried out a research of children´ s knowledge of their own rights, the possibilities of their employment, and mistreatment of children' s work in third world countries.
