Práce se zabývá stavební činností rodu Šliků na Jičínsku, především za hraběte Františka Josefa Šlika. Vymezuje hranice jejich panství a mapuje tamější sakrální architekturu zhruba do roku 1725. Jednotlivé objekty nehodnotí pouze z hlediska architektonického, ale v širších souvislostech krajinných (existence dvou komponovaných krajinných celků v bezprostřední blízkosti - barokní {\clq}qzahrada`` Františka Josefa Šlika a krajinářský projekt Albrechta z Valdštejna), myšlenkových (architektura jako nositelka symbolického významu) a historických. Pozornost v neposlední řadě věnuje i otázce autorství, neboť u některých staveb není doposud jednoznačně prokázané.The thesis deals with the building activities in the region of Jičín under the Šliks perticularly under count František Josef Šlik. It shows the extent of their domain and surveys the local religious architecture until about 1725. In addition to the merely architectonic point of view the thesis consideres some more aspects of the individual objects. A wider scenic context is given in the example of two composed landscape complexes in the immediate vicinity - the baroque {\clq}qgarden`` of František Josef Šlik and the landscape project of Albrecht z Valdštejna. The intellectual context shows the idea of architecture as a vehicle of symbolic meanig. The historical background is presented as well. The question of authorship was taken into account since with some buildings it has not been definitely proven yet.
