Diplomová práce je věnována výzkumu sesterské profesní roli advokáta pacienta. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat poskytuje údaje o informovanosti sester o roli advokáta pacienta, poukazuje na potíže, se kterými se setry potýkají při obhajování svých klientů a na to, zda je role obhájce v praxi sestrami realizována. Jejím cílem bylo mimo jiné vypracovat edukační materiál, který rámcově obeznamuje s teorií k roli advokáta pacienta a předkládá příklad situace z praxe, pro brainstormingové cvičení. Tato diplomová práce je vhodná pro vzdělávání zdravotnických profesionálů, ale i studentů zdravotnický oborů. Práci lze použít jako podklad při dalších výzkumných šetřeních.Dissertation is devoted to research of nurse profession role of patient´s advocate. Analysis and interpretation of retrieved data provide data about informedness of nurses about role of patient's advocate, advert to the problems, which nurses fumble with, when they defend their patients and it advert to the fact, if the role of the patient´s advocate is realized by the nurses in practice. It is objective, among others was to elaborate educational material, which generally apprise of theory to the role of patient´s advocate and submits example of situation from practice, for brainstorming exercise. This dissertation is suitable for education of medical professionals, but also for the students of medical studies. The dissertation can be used as basic for the others research examinations.
