Obsahem teoretické části diplomové práce je teorie komunikace s onkologicky nemocným pacientem, jsou zde charakterizovány fenomény strachu, úzkosti, pocit méněcennosti a beznaděje v kontextu nádorového onemocnění. V této části jsou také zahrnuty všeobecné zásady správné komunikace s pacientem, dále zásady správné komunikace s onkologicky nemocným pacientem, které byly vytvořeny autorkou na základě závěrů výzkumu. Praktická část diplomové práce je opřena o výsledky výzkumného kvalitativního šetření, které bylo uskutečněno formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pacientkami po ablaci nebo kvadrektomii prsů z důvodu nádorového onemocnění. Rozhovory byly přepsány do kazuistik a vyhodnoceny formou triangulace, tj. kombinací metod kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Kazuistiky jsou zařazeny v přílohách a číselně označeny 1-13.The subjekt of teoretical part of diploma paper is theory of communication with oncological patients. There are characterizations of concept of the apprehension, the anxiety, the impression of inferiority and the despair related to oncolocical disease. This part also include general principles of an adequate communication with patient and an adequate principles of communication with patient who suffer from oncological disease, which was created by author based on results of research. The practical part of diploma paper is based on results of qualitative research, which was realized via semistructural dialoques with patients after surgical treatment called ablatio or quadrectomy of breast because of oncological disease. The dialogues with patients was transfered to structure of case studie and analysed by triangulation that is combination methods of qualitative and quantitative research. The case studies are included in supplement of this diploma paper and they mark number 1-13.
