Práca rekapituluje Epiktétove myšlienky a odhaľuje v nich tri terapeutické cvičenia ako prostriedky kultivácie človeka a jeho osobnostného rastu. Jednotlivé kapitoly sa bližšie venujú popisu a hodnoteniu zložiek, z ktorých terapeutické postupy pozostávajú.This work recapitulates the ideas of Epictetus. In these ideas I find three therapeutic exercises working as means of cultivation and progress of human being. Particular chapters are devoted to closer description and evaluation of the parts the therapeutic procedures are composed of.
