Bakalářská práce se zabývá vězeňstvím, Vězeňskou službou České republiky a výkonem trestu odnětí svobody zahrnující diferenciaci vězňů a věznic. Stěžejní část práce je zaměřená na osobnost pachatele a od ní se odvíjející programy zacházení, drogové služby ve vězení a možnosti využití dramaterapie ve vězení. Empirická část je zaměřena na strukturu dramaterapeutického procesu ve Věznici Kuřim, na vzájemnou spolupráci Věznice Kuřim a o.s. Podané ruce a pohled terapeutů na své působení ve Věznici Kuřim.This Bachelor Work is engaged in prison service, Prison Service of the Czech Republic and in serving a sentence of imprisonment including division of prisoners and prisons. The pivot part of the work is focused on the personality of an offender and from its unrolling programms of handling, drug service in prison and the possibility of usage of dramatherapy in prison. Empirical part is focused on the structure of dramatherapeutic process in Kurim Prison, on mutual cooperation of Kurim Prison and "o.s. Podané ruce`` and the therapeutists view of their activity in Kurim Prison.
