Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá psychickým stavem ženy, která porodila předčasně. Předčasný porod je traumatem nejen pro dítě, ale také pro jeho rodiče, především pro matku, která trpí pocity viny, sebeobviňováním, výčitkami svědomí apod. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá příčinami předčasného porodu, nedonošeným novorozencem z pohledu lékaře i psychologa, prenatální komunikací, vývojovou psychologií a psychickým stavem ženy po předčasném porodu a pomocí rodičům po předčasném porodu. Praktická část zkoumá, do jaké míry žena, která porodila předčasně, trpěla výčitkami svědomí, jak porod ovlivnil její vztah k dítěti a jak ženu podporovalo její blízké okolí, především partner a také zdravotnický personál. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení cílů a návrh na edukační brožurku pro ženy předčasně narozených dětí.This bachelor thesis deals with the mental status of a woman after premature delivery. Premature delivery is a trauma for both the child and parents, particularly for mothers who suffer from guilt, self-accusation, remorse, etc. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the following aspects: causes of premature delivery, a doctor's as well as a psychologist's point of view of the premature infant, prenatal communication, ontogenetic psychology and mental status of a woman after premature delivery, and assistance to parents after labour. The practical part aims to determine to which degree a woman who has given birth prematurely suffers from guilt and how the delivery influenced her relation to the baby and how her surroundings (partner, medical staff) supported her. The conclusion part of the thesis contains an evaluation of the aims and an education booklet for the mothers of premature infants
