Účelem této bakalářské práce bylo uceleně zpracovat a utřídit poznatky o skautingu v Hranicích. Práce vychází z historie světového skautingu a skautingu u nás a zpracovává poznatky různých autorů o skautském hnutí. Je zde popsána podstata skautingu, jeho principy, historie světového a českého skautingu a skautského střediska v Hranicích a průběh jeho činnosti během jednoho roku.The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to sort out the knowledge of scout´s movement in Hranice as a whole. The study is based on the history of both world and Czech scout movements and works up many different notes and ideas of various authors. It describes the meaning of scout movement as well as its principles and its history all over the world, in the Czech Republic and in Hranice´s centre and its activity during one year.
