Bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o historii francouzského vinařství, jeho vývoji, hlavních francouzských vinařských regionech a pěstovaných odrůdách. Jsou zde rovněž zmíněny základní výrazy vinařské terminologie a některé výrobní postupy při výrobě vína. V závěru práce je stručně popsána současná krize francouzského vinařství, spojená s nadprokukcí vína. Bakalářská práce má celkem 82 587 znaků.The tradition of the wine production, analogous to the Gallic rooster or the Bastille fortress, is one of the symbols of France and therewithal its cultural inheritance. The fact that France is still the best-known viticultural country is probably related to the condition the wine yield possesses here. Hot summers, not very hard winters and a wide variety of soil types are the most important success factors of the French viticulture.
