Diplomová práce, která byla realizována ve společnosti ERCE CZ, s.r.o., je studie praktického vývozního případu do Francie. Cílem bylo najít a analyzovat rizika při výrobě a vývozu výrobku do Francie a navrhnout preventivní opatření, která povedou k efektivizaci celého procesu.The main purpose of this thesis is to find and analyse the main risks that can turn up durig the production and exportation to the French customer of ERCE CZ, s.r.o. After analysing these risks, will be offered a plan of preventive measures, that should be applicated in the daily work of every employee. This preventive measures should make this project more profitable.
