Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky kinezioterapie u jedinců po amputaci dolní končetiny se zaměřením na transtibiálně a transfemorálně amputované. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny všeobecné poznatky k etiologiím, výškám a typům amputací se zaměřením na jejich vliv na posturální stabilitu a bipedální lokomoci. V práci je dále uvedeno základní rozdělení protetických komponent, nové trendy v protetice a specifika sportovních protéz. Hlavní část se soustředí na jednotlivé fáze protetické fyzioterapie, její charakteristiky a možnosti fyzioterapeutických technik k ovlivnění motoriky a celkové mobility amputovaných se zaměřením na moderní trendy ve fyzioterapii amputovaných a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Práce se také zmiňuje o protézách v jednotlivých stadiích protetické fyzioterapie a multidisciplinárním přístupu k pacientovi.The goal of this thesis is to describe specifics of kinesiotherapy in individuals with lower limb amputation with focus on transtibial and transfemoral amputees. In the theoretical part there are introduced general information of etiology, levels and types of amputations are mentioned with a view to postural stability and the bipedal locomotion. The work furthermore deals with the general overview of the prosthetic components, new trends of prosthetics and the specifics of the sport prostheses. The core work concentrates on the individual phases of the prosthetic physiotherapy, its characteristics and the possibilities of the physiotherapeutic techniques influencing the motion and the overall mobility of the amputees with a view to the current trends in physiotherapy of the amputees and their mutual comparison. The work also mentions prosthesis in different phases of the prosthetic physiotherapy and the multidisciplinary approach to the patients.
