Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí moderátora v politickém diskusním pořadu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na popis a vymezení předpokladů moderátora, otázek a ostatních typů promluv, které užívá při vedení politické diskuse. Postihuje individuální styl moderátora a jeho dílčí role, jež v politické diskusi zastává v rámci role institucionální. Tato část dále zmiňuje negativní hodnocení, kterým se moderátorovi v dnešní době dostává, i tzv. confrontainment. Praktická část využívá kvantitativní obsahové analýzy a stanovených hodnotících kritérií k vyhodnocení jak jednotlivých typů promluv moderátora k hostům, tak k vyhodnocení vyváženosti externích zdrojů informací, které moderátor užívá. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda lze moderátora politické diskuse považovat za kvalifikovaného oponenta, který se snaží zachovávat nestrannost a stejný přístup k hostům.This thesis analyses the role of the moderator in television political discussion. The theoretical part describes and defines the moderator´s personal qualifications, questions and types of speeches that he uses in managing of political discussion. This work formulates the individual moderator´s style and his partial roles that he assumes in the scope of institutional role. This part also covers contemporary appraisals that are negative in nature and directed towards the moderator, referred to as confrontainment. The practical part uses the quantitative analysis and appointed measuring criterions in order to evaluate and interpret both partial types of moderator speeches to the guests and to evaluate the balance of the external sources of information that the moderator uses. The aim of this work is to find out if the moderator of political discussion can be considered as qualified opponent who tries to be impartial and approach both guests equally.
