Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda a jak pohlaví ovlivňuje vznik patellofemorálních dysfunkcí a jak se vliv pohlaví odráží v následné rehabilitaci. Práce shrnuje poznatky o stavbě a funkci patellofemorální skloubení, o jeho poruchách, diagnostice a následné terapii. Hlavní pozornost je věnována rehabilitaci těchto poruch.The goal of the thesis is to find out whether and how is the genesis of patellofemoral disfunction involved by gender and how the gender involves the following rehabilitation. The thesis summarizes the pieces of knowledge about structure and function of patellofemoral joint, its disfunction, diagnostics and following therapy. The main attention is concerned to rehabilitation of these disfunctions.
