Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována problematice ošetřovatelské diagnostiky NANDA - International a lidských potřeb jedince. Blíže seznamuje se sférou osobnosti a sebepojetím nezbytným k pochopení stavu individua trpícího depresívním onemocněním. Je zde zahrnuta také problematika deprese. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky tří formulářů: strukturovaného rozhovoru s klientem, se zdravotnickým personálem a pozorování autorkou bakalářské práce. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno v lednu 2008 u klientů s depresí na oddělení 32A, 32B, 32C Psychiatrické kliniky FNO za účelem zmapování přítomnosti ošetřovatelských diagnóz u klientů s depresí. Cílem bylo doplnit informace od ošetřujících sester tak, aby vznikla kompletní struktura výsledků pro prezentování, analyzování a zhodnocení výzkumného šetření. Byly stanoveny cíle zjistit výskyt frekvence diagnostických prvků nalezených ošetřovatelských diagnóz a popsat zvolené oblasti: psychický stav a vlastnosti jednotlivce, verbální, neverbální komunikaci, pohybovou aktivitu. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a v závěru práce.The theoretical part of this graduation work deals with the issues of nursing diagnostics NANDA - International and human needs. It makes a reader familiar with personality and self-determination that is essential for understanding of an individual who suffers from depressive illness. It also includes the depression issue. In the practical part of this work, there are findings of three forms: structured interview with client, structured interview with nursing staff, and the author´s observation. Research examination was conducted in clients with depression at the 32A, 32B, 32C Departments of the Psychiatric Clinic of the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc in January 2008. The purpose of the examination was mapping of the presence of nursing diagnoses in clients with depression. The goal was to provide information from the nursing staff in order to bring a complete structure of the findings for presentation, analysis and assessment of the research examination. The aim was also to find out the occurence of the frequency of the dianostic elements of nursing diagnoses and to describe the chosen areas: condition and characteristics of an individual, verbal and non-verbal communication, mobility. The findings of this research examination are summarised in the discussion and in the conclusion of this work.
