Obsahem této bakalářská práce, je postižení problematiky inkontinence moče v souvislosti s těhotenstvím a porodem. V teoretické části budou popsány bazální charakteristiky v souvislosti s tématem této práce. Zejména anatomie a funkce dolních močových cest a pánevního dna, mechanismus kontinence moče a jeho poruchy - inkontinence. Dále bude podrobněji analyzována stresová inkontinence, která se v souvislosti s těhotenstvím a porodem vyskytuje nejčastěji. Vyústěním takto koncipované práce pak bude možné zjištění, zda existuje souvislost mezi způsobem vedení porodu a inkontinencí moče po porodu. Zjištění souvislosti mezi těmito dvěma proměnnými bude realizováno na základě kvantitativního přístupu a to zejména prostřednictvím techniky dotazníkového šetření.My thesis includes problems of urinary incontinence connected with gravidity and delivery. In the theoretical part I will describe basal characteristic connected with the topic of my thesis. Especially the anatomy and functions of lower urinary tract and pelvic floor, mechanism of urine continence and its imperfections - incontinence. In next part I will pay more attention to analyzing of stress incontinence which occurs in connection with gravidity and delivery most frequently. Result of this way structured thesis is detection of possible connection between techniques of delivery and urinary incontinence after delivery. For location of coherence between these two variables I will use quantitative methods, especially questionnaires.
