Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace. Je zaměřená na komunikaci zdravotníků, především sester, s příbuznými klientů. Teoretická část práce shrnuje dostupné informace o verbální a neverbální komunikaci. Hlavní náplní práce je kvantitativní průzkumné šetření zabývající se kvalitou komunikace sester s příbuznými pacientů anesteziologicko - resuscitačního oddělení. Zjišťuje zda by se příbuzní chtěli aktivně zapojit do péče o pacienta a zda by uvítali písemný edukační materiál.The thesis deals with the problematics of communication. It is focused on the communication between the health care workers, mainly the nurses, and the relatives of the patient. The theoretical part summarizes all available information about verbal and non-verbal communication. The main content of the work is a quantitative research, which investigates the communication quality of nurses with the relatives of patients at the anesthetic-resuscitation department. It investigates whether the relatives would like to take an active participation in the care of the patient and if they would welcome a written educational material.
