Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podmínky vzniku dekubitů u vozíčkářů, jejich prevenci a výskyt. Teoretická část podává informace o možných příčinách ochrnutí, změnách zdravotního stavu po poranění míchy a o patogenezi, etiologii, klinice, léčbě a prevenci dekubitů. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na inforovanost vozíčkářů o problematice dekubitů, výskyt dekubitů a jejich prevenci.This bachelor thesis describes causes, prevention and occurrence of pressure ulcer for wheelchair patients. Thesis is composed both from theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part informs about possible causes of paralysis, about patient health state modification after spinal cord lesion, about pathogenesis, etiology, symptoms, treatment and prevention of pressure ulcer. Practical part of this thesis countains the results of the questionnaire inquiry, which was focused on awareness of wheelchair patients about pressure ulcer, its occurrence and its prevention.
