Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zastoupení podnikatelů v místní samosprávě menších obcí v období po roce 1989. V teoretické části práce je stručně zrekapitulován polistopadový vývoj české republiky s důrazem na rozvoj podnikání a důsledky ve vnímání podnikatelů. Analytická část práce je následně věnována třem oblastem. Vývoji zastoupení podnikatelů v samosprávě, jejich zastoupení v rámci jednotlivých politických stran a účasti předlistopadových radních na dalším politickém životě těchto obcí.The goal of the submitted thesis is to analyze paticipation of businenessmen in local governments of small municipalities. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the evolution of the Czech Republic after the revolution in 1989, focusing mainly on the development of business and its impact on the image of businessmen. The analytical part includes three topics. Changes in the participation of the businessmen in local governments, participation in political parties and participation of members of former local governments in the local governments after 1989.
