Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení znalostí sester kulturních odlišností vietnamských pacientů, na zmapování názorů sester na ošetřování vietnamských pacientů, zjištění způsobu komunikace mezi sestrami a vietnamskými pacienty a zjištění postojů sester k vietnamským pacientům. Teoretická část se zabývá Vietnamem, Vietnamci a jejich kulturními specifiky, Vietnamci v České republice a problematikou hospitalizovaných Vietnamců. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky výzkumného šetření prováděného ve FN Olomouc a v Nemocnici ve Svitavách. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce.This report is based on a general nurse's knowledge to deal with other cultural patients, mainly from Vietnam; a summary of the nurse's opinion on care for Vietnamese patients, a findings about communication between the nurse and Vietnamese patients & learning about relationship between the nurse and Vietnamese patients.In the theoretical part of the report can be found a very interesting information about Vietnam, the culture specification of Vietnamese, Vietnamese population living in the Czech Republic and the problems with hospitalization of Vietnamese. This project is based on the nurse's work in the FN Olomouc and the Hospital Svitavy which is described in the practical part.The results of this research, nurse's reactions and thoughts are written in the final part of the report.
