Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku pacientů po amputaci končetin. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány příčiny, léčba a komplikace spojené s amputací končetiny. Dále se práce zabývá rehabilitací pacientů, jejich psychickým stavem a informovaností v oblasti sociální péče. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky výzkumu, který byl prováděn s pacienty po amputaci končetin a zdravotními sestrami poskytující jim ošetřovatelskou péči.Dissertation is focused on patient problems after amputations of extremities. Essay is divided into two parts - practical and theoretical. The theoretical part describes an etiology of amputations, treatment and complications. Furthermore the essay deals with patient's physiotherapy, their mental condition and awareness about social-service work. The practical part contains research results of patients after amputations of extremities and their nursing care.
