Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úroveň znalostí v péči o umírající a zemřelé na odděleních anestesie, resuscitace a intenzivní péče v běžné klinické praxi tak, jak ji vnímají všeobecné sestry. Dotýká se i problematiky rodin umírajících a psychické zátěže na všeobecné sestry. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou.Teoretická část je zaměřena na thanatologii a potřeby umírajících a jejich rodin. Výzkumná část mapuje znalosti všeobecných sester a péči o umírající na vybraných odděleních anestesie, resuscitace a intenzivní péče.This bachelor thesis describes the level of expertive in palliative care in Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Units in general clinical practice as perceived by medical personnel. It maps the area of the families of the dying and the psychological stress on medical personnel. The thesis is divided into theoreticel and research sections. The theoretical section describes thanatology and the needs of the families of the dying. The research section analyses the expertise of medical personnel and the palliative care at selected departments of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care.
