Předmětem diplomová práce je "Motivace zaměstnanců firmy DOM-ZO 13, s.r.o.`` Firma byla založena v roce 1996 v České Třebové ve Východních Čechách a v dnešní době má další dvě pracoviště, v Ostravě a v Praze. Jedná se o malou firmu, v níž je zaměstnáno 24 interních pracovníků. Cílem práce je zajistit vyšší motivaci zaměstnanců. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na průzkum zaměstnanců firmy a pracovního prostředí, v druhé části poukazuji na teoretické poznatky, které se v následující části snažím aplikovat do praxe. Výsledkem je motivační program vytvořený speciálně pro potřeby společnosti DOM-ZO 13, s.r.o.The thesis is focused on the issue of "the Motivation of the employees in the company DOM-ZO 13, Ltd.`` The firm was established in 1996 in a small town called Česká Třebová which is situated in Eastern Bohemia. Nowadays there are two other working places in the Czech republic, one in Ostrava and the other one in Prague. The company undertakes the field of welding, exactly certification, inspecting and examination of welders. The main aim of the thesis is to bring a new point of view on a management of human ressources in particular on motivation of employees. In the first part of the thesis, there is an introduction to the working environment and the staffs. The second part is theoretical whereas the third one is focused on the practice. A produce of the thesis is a motivation´s programme which makes part of the last chapter.
