Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany utajovaných informací v resortu Ministerstva vnitra a Policie České republiky, tak jak je stanovena v zákoně č. 412/2005 Sb. o ochraně utajovaných informací a o bezpečnostní způsobilosti. Vysvětluje základní pojmy, definuje bezpečnostní politiku Ministerstva vnitra a vyhodnocuje stávající systém ochrany utajovaných informací a jeho účinnost v praktické činnosti policistů.This thesis concentrates on problems of protecting classified information in the Czech Republic's Ministry of Interior and Police of the Czech Republic, as it is stipulated in the Code of Law # 412/2005 - Protection of classified information and security competence. This work explains basic concepts, defines security policies of the Ministry of Interior, and evaluates existing system of protecting classified information and it's effectiveness in police practice.
