Diplomová práce je zaměřena na migraci cizinců, na přístup ČR k legální, nelegální migraci, zabývá se také adaptací a integrací a s tím spojená rizika, důsledky, zátěže. Práce dále popisuje řízení o mezinárodní ochraně, azylu a základní terminologii a právní normy. Součástí diplomové práce jsou statistiky legální nelegální migrace a mezinárodní ochrany.The thesis is focused on the migration of foreigners, on the approach of the Czech Republic to legal and illegal migration, it treats of the adaptation and integration and risks connected with these facts. Furthermore, it explains the final results a liabililities of these mentioned above. Further, the thesis describes the management about the international prevention, of the asylum and the basic terminology and precepts of law. One of the parts of the thesis is focused on statistics of legal, illegal migration and the international prevention.
