Bakalářská práce se věnuje filmům britského režiséra Kena Russella. K analytickému rozboru byly vybrány snímky s hudební tématikou: {$\bullet$} Music Lovers (1970) {$\bullet$} The Boy Friend (1971) {$\bullet$} Mahler (1974) {$\bullet$} Tommy (1975) {$\bullet$} Lisztomania (1976) Cílem práce je zvolené snímky komparatistickou metodou analyzovat s důrazem na porovnání Russellova autorského přístupu k odlišným hudebním žánrům jako jsou vážná hudba, rocková hudba a muzikál.This work is about the films directed by British director Ken Russell. The following music films were selected for analysis: {$\bullet$} Music Lovers (1970) {$\bullet$} The Boy Friend (1971) {$\bullet$} Mahler (1974) {$\bullet$} Tommy (1975) {$\bullet$} Lisztomania (1976) The aim of the work is to analyze the selected films by comparative method with the emphasis on comparison of the Russell's different author's approaches to the different kinds of music such as classic music, rock music or musical.
