Tato práce je pojata teoreticky. V prvních kapitolách jsou popsány jazykové variety a jejich klasifikace, jazykové ostrůvky a jejich vznik, současné jaz. ostrůvky ve světě. Další část je pak věnována ostrůvkům v Rumunsku, a to konkrétně v Sedmihradsku, Banátu a oblasti kolem Satu Mare. Součástí práce je příloha s tabulkou, mapkou, obrázky a úryvky textů.Conception of this work is theoretical. In first chapters language varieties are described as well as the qualification of language islands.In the second part language islets are analysed, especially in Transylvania, Banat and the territory of Satu Mare. This work also contains extracts of texts, pictures, a map and chart of after 1945 language islets.
