Teoretická část práce shrnuje pohled jednotlivých psychologických škol na agresi. Z pohledu trestního práva je vymezen pojem trestného činu vraždy s jeho právními specifiky. Jsou popsány rizikové faktory jako deficit kognitivních schopností, duševní patologie, abúzus návykových látek, poruchy sexuální preference. Z osobnostní struktury pachatele se hovoří o psychopatické struktuře, vyšší míře agresivity, impulsivitě, emoční labilitě či oploštělosti. Je zmapován výskyt násilné trestné činnosti v České republice, popsány jednotlivé případy, kvantifikováno zastoupení jednotlivých typů vražd podle motivace. Z provedeného výzkumu lze shrnout, že rizikovými faktory vraždy jsou poruchy osobnosti, a to nejčastěji v interakci s alkoholovým abúzem či závislostí, specifická osobnostní struktura (rizikové charakterové vlastnosti jsou popsány v práci). Dále pak poruchy sexuální preference v aktivitě, v interakci s dalším rizikovým faktorem.The thesis summaries the view of particular psychological schools no the issue of aggression. The crime of murder is described from the point of view of criminal law with all its legal aspects. The risk factors of murder, as deficit of cognitive abilities, mental pathology, drug abuse or sexual deviation are explained. In connection with personal structure is mentioned the psychopathic structure, higher level of aggressivity, impulsivity, emotional instability or emotional poverty. In the empiric part of the work there are listed the statistics of violent crime in the Czech Republic, the particular murder cases are described and they are quantified according to motivation. As a result of the research it is possible to summarize, that the risk factors of murder are personality disorders, mainly in the interaction with drug abuse; specific personal structure (the risk characteristics are described) and sexual aberrance, in the interaction with another risk factor.
