Diplomová práce předkládá psychologický pohled na problematiku lymeského onemocnění. V teoretické části je uvedena etiopatogeneze onemocnění, pohled neurologů a psychiatrů. Jsou předloženy výzkumné studie, navazuje téma neuropsychologického pohledu na psychiku a téma depresivního onemocnění. Ve výzkumné části je provedeno vyšetření v oblasti psychických funkcí u 18 nemocných v pozdní fázi lymeské boreliózy. Z výzkumných metod je použita Baterie testu kognitivních funkcí - verze B Výzkumné Neuropsychologické laboratoře Psychiatrické kliniky LF UK a FN Hradec Králové a Beckova sebeposuzovací stupnice deprese. Z výsledků souboru vyšetřovaných nemocných nelze usuzovat na kognitivní deficit v oblasti paměti. Výsledky neposkytují jasné důkazy pro tvrzení o kognitivním deficitu v oblasti pozornosti, ale ani proti tomuto tvrzení. Lze vyslovit podezření na snížení v oblasti funkce pozornosti. Nemocní subjektivně prožívají mírnou depresi.This thesis introduces a psychological point of view on Lyme disease. The theoretical part contains etiopatogenesis of the disease, neurologists and psychiatrists approach. The analysis of the presented research studies is followed by neuropsychological perspective on psychological and depressive illnesses. The investigation is based on the psychological examination of 18 patients in the late stage of the Lyme disease. Regarding the investigation methods, there was applied Complex of Cognitive Function Tests - version B, which belongs to the Neuropsychological laboratory of the Psychiatric Clinic at the Charles University Medical School and University Hospital Hradec Kralove, and Beck Depression Inventory. The results from the group of examined patients do not facilitate a clear conclusion of the cognitive memory deficit. The results do not provide apparent prove for the argument regarding cognitive attention deficit, but do not object it either. Therefore it is possible to suspect a decrease in the area of attention function due to the fact that patients subjectively experience mild depression.
