Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na etiopatogenezu nestejné délky končetin a její vliv na celkovou posturu. Příčiny mohou být strukturální nebo funkční. Hypogeneze patří mezi strukturální, je však poměrně vzácná. Častěji se jedná o funkční příčiny, jejichž odstraněním je asymetrie upravena. Pomocí diagnostiky se určuje příčina asymetrie a volí nejvhodnější způsob léčby. Ten může být konzervativní nebo operační.This bachelor thesis is focusing on the etiopathogenesis of uneven length of the limbs and its effect on the general posture. Causes may be structural or functional. Hypogenesis belongs among strctural causes: it is relatively rare, though. Most grequently, there are the functional causes, removal of which corrects the asymmetry. Diagnostics is used to determine the cause of asymmetry and to select the most appropriate method of therapy. This may be conservtive or surgical.
