Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o osteoporóze a popisuje různé způsoby její terapie. Osteoporóza se stává stále větším zdravotním, sociálním i ekonomickým problémem, protože je příčinou mnoha zlomenin a s nimi spojených komplikací. Důsledkem těchto komplikací pak může být horší soběstačnost i předčasné úmrtí.Významnou roli v prevence i léčbě tohoto onemocnění hraje fyzická zátěž. Tato práce je zamřena na postupy pohybové léčby při onemocnění osteoporózou, a to ať už jde o manifestní formu, která se projevila zlomeninou nebo o tichý průběh, kde je sanaha těmto projevům zabránit. V závěrečné části práce je uveden příklad cvičební jednotky a kazuistika pacientky.This masters thesis summarizes the findings about osteoporosis and describes different methods of its therapy. Osteoporosis is becoming more and more health, social and economic problem, because it is the cause of many fractures and complications related to them. The result of these complications can be worse selfsufficiency and even precocious death. The physical load plays an essential role in prevention and treatment of this disease. This thesis is concentrated on procedures of movement treatment by the osteoporosis disease, either its is manifest form, which was developed by facture or quiet process, where is an effort to stop these symptoms. And example of exercise unit and case study of the patient are mentioned in the final part of the thesis.
