Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku soc. právní ochrany dětí a úlohu primární prevence. Teoretická část se zabývá sociálně právní ochranou dětí, orgány sociálně právní ochrany, problematikou sociálně patologických jevů, prevencí, preventivní úlohou rodiny a školy. Praktická část sleduje existenci preventivních programů, socialně patologických jevů a znalosti o dětských právech na jednotlivých základních školách ve městě a na vesnici z pohledu žáků 7. a 8. tříd.This graduation thesis is focused on problems of social and legal protection of children and the task of primary prevention. The theoretical part deals with such topics as social-legal protection of children, local authorities of social and legal protection, dilemma of social - pathological phenomena , prevention, the task of family backround and school environment in prevention. The practical part is monitoring availability of prevention programs, occurence of social-pathological phenomena and knowledge of children's laws from the view of students, who are attending 7*¨th and 8*th classes at the elementary schools and differences between cities and countries.
