Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou postavení obětí trestné činnosti. Práce popisuje specifika prožívání krize, traumatu a posttraumatické stresové poruchy u oběti trestné činnosti. Specifikuje postavení poškozených v právním systému ČR a srovnává nestátní a státní pomoc obětem trestné činnosti se zaměřením na Probační a mediační službu ČR a Bílý kruh bezpečí, o.s. S ohledem na obtížnost a specifičnost problematiky nebylo možné, pro minimální ochotu respondentů spolupracovat, provést empirické šetření.The thesis is focusing on the situation of crime victims. It describes the specifics of the crisis experience, and of the trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder of the crime victims. It specifies the victims' position in the Czech legal system and compares both the governmental and non-governmental support to crime victims, with special attention to Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic and the White Circle of Safety. With regard to difficulties and specifics of the topic, it was not possible to make an empirical research, mainly due to a minimal willingness of informants to cooperate.
