Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání instruktorů, lektorů a managementu, podílejícího se na realizaci systému celoživotního vzdělávání Policie České republiky.V souladu s veškerými změnami ve společnosti roste potřeba dalšího vzdělávání jako celoživotní kontinuální proces. Zasahuje všechny oblasti a složky společenského života, tedy i Policii České republiky. Systém policejního školství a dalšího vzdělávání neodpovídal před rokem 1989 společenským požadavkům moderní demokratické společnosti, z čehož logicky vyplynula potřeba zásadních změn, pro které bude možné využít jak dlouhodobé zkušenosti ze stávajícího systému vzdělávání u Policie České republiky, tak zkušeností ze zahraničí s aplikací na naše podmínky.The thesis paper is focused on the education of the instructors, lectors and managers participating in the realisation of the systém of the lifelong education of the Police of Czech Republic. In accordance with all changes in Czech society is increasing the necessity of lifelong education as continual process. It is concerning all spheres and domaines of our life as well as Police of Czech Republic.The system of police education and formation before 1989 was not consistent with demand of the new, modern and democratic society, from where the exigency of fundamental changes. For today´s education we can employ our rich experiences of the existing system of education of Police of Czech Republic and also our abroad experiences apply to Czech conditions.
