Testování proběhlo v roce 1988 a 1989. Pro celkem 1395 žen a 471 mužů bylo použito (podoporučení K. Měkoty) čtyř testů motorických schopností - skok z místa, přitahování u mužů, výdrž ve shybu u žen, leh-sed a Cooperův test. Výsledky ukázaly, že doporučená testová baterie je použitelná pro testování různých motorických schopností průměrně trénovaných studentů.
