Výsledky absolutních změn ukazují, že pro různé gymnasty jednoroční trénink vyvolal odlišné změny ve výsledcích většinou v pozitivním směru. Relativní změny maji většinou jen pozitivní výsledky u měření síly paží a výkonnosti ve cvičení na koni. Zdokonalení těchto testů má za následek zdokonalení testů dalších.
