Z teoretického zpracování zkoumané problematiky byly vyvozeny dvě hypotézy, které podmiňují způsob péče o vlastní zdraví a podíl tělesné kultury na jeho aktivní tvorbě pohlavím, věkem subjektivním pocitem tělesného vzezření, rodinným stavem, počtem dětí, vzdělání, zaměstnáním a bydlištěm. Z uváděných výsledků jsou vyvozovány závěry, týkající se rozvoje tělesné kultury.
