Teoretická část této diplomové práce se věnuje teoretickému ukotvení tématu a vymezuje základní informace uvádějící do problematiky všech oblastí souvisejících se zaměřením práce. Jsou jimi témata osobnost, její formování a patologie, základní vymezení emočně nestabilní poruchy osobnosti se zaměřením se na hraniční typ a třetím tématem je dialekticko-behaviorální terapie, její vymezení, struktura a aplikace. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na mapování jednotlivých oblastí života pacientů s hraniční poruchou osobnosti, kteří absolvovali DBT, jako je rodinné zázemí, sociální prostředí, v němž žijí, vztahy, přítomnost spirituality v jejich životě, obraz životního stylu, průběh projevů poruchy a léčby a nalézání společných pozitivních prvků, které mohou vést k vyšší míře pacienty vnímané úspěšnosti léčby. Kvalitativní výzkum byl realizován formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů vedených s absolventy DBT programu na Psychiatrické klinice Fakultní nemocnice v Brně, přičemž do výzkumu se zapojilo šest účastníků, z nichž všichni byli absolventy ambulantní DBT v Brně a současně všichni docházeli do návazných absolventských skupin. Výsledky ukazují, že velmi záleží nejen na vnitřní struktuře osobnosti každého účastníka a na jeho životní filosofii, zájmech, ale také na vztazích a sociálním prostředí, ve kterém daný člověk žije, a samozřejmě na jejich houževnatosti a ochotě ke změně života. Výsledky práce mohou být inspirací či motivací pro všechny zájemce o účast v tomto programu, pro jejich rodiny, ale také pro všechny odborníky, kteří s pacienty s hraniční poruchou osobnosti přijdou do kontaktu a chtějí je společně provést cestou ke kvalitnějšímu a lepšímu životu v budoucnosti. Práce se také může stát podkladem pro množství dalších výzkumů v této oblasti.The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical anchoring of the topic and defines the basic information, introducing the issues of all areas related to the focus of the thesis, such as personality, personal formation and pathology, the basic definition of emotionally unstable personality disorder with a focus on the borderline type, and the third topic is dialectical-behavioral therapy, its definition, structure and application. The research part focuses on mapping different areas of the lives of patients with borderline personality disorder who have undergone DBT, such as family background, the social environment of their lives, personal relationships, the presence of spirituality in their lives, lifestyle image, the course of manifestations of the disorder and treatment, and finding common positive elements that can lead to higher rates of patient-perceived treatment success. Qualitative research was shaped by semi-structured interviews conducted with graduates of the DBT program at the Psychiatric Clinic of the University Hospital in Brno, with six participants, all of whom were graduates of the outpatient DBT program in Brno and all of whom were also attending follow-up graduate groups. The results show that the internal structure of each participant's personality and their life philosophy and interests matter a great deal, as well as the relationships and social environment in which the person lives and, of course, their resilience and willingness to change their lives. The results of the thesis can be an inspiration or motivation for all those interested in participating in this programme, for their families, but also for all professionals who come into contact with patients with borderline personality disorder and want to guide them together on their way to a better quality of life in the future. The thesis may also become the basis for a lot of further research in this area.
