Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnostních sborů České republiky a jejich úlohou při realizaci úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva. Cílem práce je analyzovat strukturu, pravomoci a vzájemnou spolupráci těchto sborů, přičemž zvláštní důraz je kladen na jejich roli v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva. Teoretická část práce se věnuje legislativnímu rámci jednotlivých bezpečnostních sborů, zatímco praktická část zahrnuje sociologický výzkum zaměřený na povědomí a důvěru veřejnosti v tyto instituce. Výsledky výzkumu poskytují informace o vnímání důvěry veřejnosti k těmto sborům a efektivitě jejich činnosti. Na základě analýzy jsou formulovány návrhy na možné zefektivnění jejich využitelnosti.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the security forces of the Czech Republic and their role in the implementation of the tasks of population protection. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the structure, powers and cooperation of these forces, with a special emphasis on their role in the framework of population protection. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the legislative framework of individual security forces, while the empirical part includes sociological research focused on public awareness and trust in these institutions. The results of the research provide information on the public's perception of trust in these forces and the effectiveness of their activities. Based on the analysis, suggestions for possible improvements in their functioning are formulated.
