Tématem bakalářské práce je aplikace terapeutického paradigmatu při práci s pěstouny. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 17 kapitol a zaměřuje se na využití terapeutického paradigmatu při práci s pěstouny, kdy hlavním cílem je posílení komunikačních vzorců mezi pěstounem a svěřeným dítětem do jeho péče. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a následné ukotvení tématu v legislativě České republiky, v sociální politice a v teoriích a metodách sociální práce. Kapitolou číslo devět začíná již samotné představení projektové části, ve které je popsán i cíl projektu. Následující kapitola popisuje cílovou skupinu a klíčové aktivity projektu. Poslední kapitoly se věnují harmonogramu, rozpočtu a logframu projektu. Projektová část obsahuje přibližný plán pro realizaci projektu, včetně čtyř vzdělávacích aktivit pro pěstouny a víkendového pobytu pro pěstouny a jejich děti, kdy hlavním cílem je posílit vztah mezi dítětem a pěstounem.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the application of the therapeutic paradigm when working with foster parents. This bachelor's thesis is divided into 17 chapters and focuses on the use of the therapeutic paradigm when working with foster parents, where the main goal is to strengthen the communication patterns between the foster parent and the child entrusted to his care. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts and subsequent anchoring of the topic in the legislation of the Czech Republic, in social policy and in the theories and methods of social work are described. The presentation of the project part itself begins with chapter number nine, in which the goal of the project is also described. The following chapter describes the target group and key activities of the project. The last chapters are devoted to the schedule, budget and logframe of the project. The project part contains an approximate plan for the implementation of the project, including four educational activities for foster parents and a weekend stay for foster parents and their children, where the main goal is to strengthen the relationship between the child and the foster parent.
