Bakalářská práce s názvem "Adaptace osoby s mentálním postižením v samostatném bydlení", se věnuje tématu identifikace překážek, změn a rozdílů, které nastaly u osob s mentálním postižením po přestěhování se ze služby chráněné bydlení do samostatného bytu, kde využívají pouze terénní služby podpora samostatného bydlení. V teoretické části je specifikován pojem mentální postižení, specifické potřeby osob s mentálním postižením, historie vývoje péče o tyto osoby a vymezení sociálních služeb s konkretizací služby chráněné bydlení a podpora samostatného bydlení. V empirické části je popsán výzkumný problém, definován cíl práce a výzkumné otázky. Dále je zvolen kvalitativní design práce, popsána metoda sběru dat, kterou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor a analýza dokumentů. Získaná data jsou vyhodnocena a prezentována.The bachelor's thesis titled "Adaptation of a Person with Intellectual Disability to Independent Living" focuses on identifying obstacles, changes, and differences experienced by individuals with intellectual disabilities after moving from protected housing services to an independent apartment where they use only field services for supported independent living. The theoretical part defines the concept of intellectual disability, the specific needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, the historical development of care for these individuals, and the definition of social services, with a focus on protected housing and supported independent living services. The empirical part describes the research problem, defines the aim of the work, and outlines the research questions. Additionally, it explains the choice of a qualitative research design, describes the data collection method, which includes semi-structured interviews and document analysis, and presents and evaluates the collected data.
