Bakalářská práce prezentuje možnosti využití neuromuskulární elektrické stimulace u funkční inhibice m. quadriceps femoris po parciální menisektomii. Obecná část udává ucelený pohled na tuto metodu fyzikální terapie, a to především po stránce neurofyziologické, dále shrnuje její historii a popisuje konkrétní zástupce využívaných proudů z řad kontaktní elektroterapie. Součástí práce je také podrobný terminologický přehled. Záměrem práce je na příkladu vybrané diagnózy porovnat subjektivní vnímání kontaktní formy terapie (Faradický proud, Ruská stimulace aj.) s bezkontaktní stimulací funkčně oslabených svalů ve vysokoindukčním magnetickém poli.The bachelor's thesis presents the potential of using neuromuscular electrical stimulation in functional inhibition of the quadriceps femoris muscle after partial meniscectomy. The general part provides a comprehensive view of the electrotherapy method, especially in terms of neurophysiology, summarises its history and describes some of the currents used in contact electrotherapy. The thesis also includes a detailed overview of relevant terminology. The thesis aims to compare the subjective perception of contact therapy (Faradic current, Russian current etc.) with contactless stimulation of functionally weakened muscles in a high-intensity electromagnetic field.
