Diplomová práce se zabývá činnostmi sociálního pracovníka v nemocnici a jeho pracovními postupy. Dále se zaměřuje na spolupracující subjekty, vliv sociální práce na zdraví klientů a identifikaci klíčových problémů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretickou část tvoří 3 hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola se vedle seznámení s danou problematikou věnuje konceptu koordinované rehabilitace. Druhá kapitola věnuje prostor sociálním událostem spojeným s problematikou, typologii klientů, teoriím a metodám sociální práce a sociálním službám. Poslední kapitola řeší kooperativní aspekty sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. Výzkum byl prováděn ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc a Vojenské nemocnici v Olomouci.Focus of the thesis is on the activities of a social worker in the hospital. Thesis also focuses on cooperating subjects, the influence of social work on the health of clients and the identification of key problems. The work consists of a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part consists of 3 main chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of coordinated rehabilitation in addition to familiarization with the given issue. The second chapter devotes space to social events connected with the issue, typology of clients, theories and methods of social work and social services. The last chapter deals with cooperative aspects of social work in healthcare. The research was conducted at Fakultní nemocnice Olomouc a Vojenská nemocnice Olomouc.
