Bakalářská práce nazývající se "Postupy práce tvůrců true crime podcastů" se zabývá postupy práce autorů podcastů pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a částečně i literární tvorby. Zaměření je kladeno na jejich motivaci a důvody výběru true crime coby žánru podcastu, přičemž součástí práce je seznámení pouze s českou kriminální podcastovou scénou. Práce v rámci teoretické části seznamuje s pojmy jako nová média, podcasting, podcast, podcatcher, true crime a další. Nedílnou součástí je také vymezení investigativní žurnalistiky a její pozice v této práci, poněvadž jedním z dílčích cílů je dle výroků jednotlivých tvůrců nalézt podobné prvky, které tvůrci shledávají s prací investigativních novinářů.The bachelor thesis Procedures of the creators of true crime podcasts deals with the findings through semi-structured interviews and partly on the literature as the podcast writers progress in their work. The focus is also on their motivation and reasons for choosing true crime as the genre of their podcast, alongside part of the work being acquainted only with the Czech crime podcast scene. Within the theoretical part, the work introduces the concepts such as new media, podcasting, podcast, podcatcher, true crime, and more. An integral part is also the definition of investigative journalism and its position in this work because one of the sub-objectives, according to the statements of the individual creators is to find similar elements that the creators find with the work of investigative journalists.
