Bakalářská práce se zabývá zavedením metody Housing first ve městě Kroměříž. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde popisuji pojmy související s metodou Housing first a metodu samotnou, propojuji Housing first s teoriemi, metodami a technikami sociální práce a se sociální politikou. Součástí teoretické části je i analýza potřebnosti, která byla klíčová pro vypracování projektu. Bylo by bez ní obtížné dokázat potřebnost mého projektu. Ve druhé polovině je vypracován samotný projekt na zavedení metody Housing first ve městě Kroměříž. Součástí projektu jsou jeho cíle, klíčové aktivity, management rizik, harmonogram, rozpočet a logframe, který shrnuje celý projekt do přehledné tabulky.The bachelor's thesis deals with the introduction of the Housing first method in the city of Kroměříž. The work is divided into theoretical parts, where I describe terms related to the Housing first method and the method itself, linking Housing first with theories, methods and techniques of social work and with social policy. Part of the theoretical part is the analysis of desirability, which was crucial for the development of the project. Without it, it would be difficult to prove the desirability of my project. In the second half, the project itself is being developed to introduce the Housing first method in the city of Kroměříž. The project includes its objectives, key activities, risk management, schedule, budget and log frame, which summarizes the entire project in a clear table.
