Bakalářská práce porovnává národní kulturu USA a ČR a identifikuje významné odlišnosti determinující chování jejich příslušníků. Cílem práce je vytvořit soubor doporučení pro práci v národní kultuře USA. Na základě syntézy poznatků z teoretické a praktické části práce byl vytvořen soubor doporučení.The bachelor thesis compares the national cultures of the USA and the Czech Republic and identifies significant differences determining the behaviour of their members. The aim of the thesis is to create a set of recommendations for working in the national culture of the USA. Based on the synthesis of insights from the theoretical and practical parts of the thesis, a set of recommendations was developed.
