El objetivo principal de este trabajo es obtener un retrato de la sociedad espanola a finales del siglo XIX. El trabajo se dedica al análisis histórico-cultural de la obra "Juanita la Larga" de Juan Valera y su posterior comparación de la obra "Tristana" de Benito Pérez Galdós.The aim of this thesis is to obtain a portrait of Spanish society at the end of the 19th century. The work is dedicated to the historical-cultural analysis of the novella "Juanita la Larga" by Juan Valera and its follow-up comparison with the novella "Tristana" by Benito Pérez Galdós.
